Vijana na F.O.M is a youth group organising young Kenyans within Jubilee Party. We are responsible for the details you give us. You can reach us at matiangiyouths@gmail.com.
02What we collect
When you join, we ask for:
- Your full name
- Your phone number
- Your age group
- Your county, and your constituency or ward if you choose to give it
- The issues you care about and how you want to help
We do not ask for your ID number, your device location or any payment details.
03Why we collect it
To contact you about events and updates, to connect you with your county and ward team, and to understand which issues young people care about. We do not use your details for anything else.
04Who sees it
Your details are stored in a private Google Sheet that only approved organisers can open. Google provides the storage. We never sell or rent your details. We share them only if the law requires it.
05How we protect it
The join form accepts only expected entries, the connection to this site is encrypted, and access to the sheet is limited and protected with two step verification.
06How long we keep it
We keep your details while you are part of the movement. If you ask us to delete them, we will within 30 days.
07Your rights
Under the Data Protection Act, 2019, you can:
- Ask what details we hold about you
- Ask us to correct them
- Ask us to delete them
- Object to how we use them
- Withdraw your consent at any time, for example to stop messages

You must be 18 or older to join.
